This is a completely personalized beginner program. It is made for you if you are ready to skyrocket your Spanish by building a solid conversational foundation. It is also a great option for any beginner who is looking to master basic conversations in a specific situations relevant to their daily lives.

About the program

Our Beginner Boot Camp program is designed to take you from zero or from only being able to introduce yourself and/or manage the initial greeting questions to confidently carrying on basic everyday conversations with ease. You will also learn how to create a learning routine that is in alignment with your own learning style and personal goals to set you up for long-term success.

Here’s what you get when you enroll:

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • 1 Weekly LIVE Lesson via Zoom on a Specific Topic of Interest (see our curriculum below or let us know what specific topics you want to learn)

Meet with your very own private tutor each week to learn the vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, etc., you need to converse on a specific topic or use a particular form of speech and practice/rehearse before your conversation practice sessions which take place later in the week.

  • 2 or 3 Weekly Live Conversation Practice Sessions via Zoom with Native Speakers

Meet with your conversation partner(s) each week after your lesson, to put what you've learned into practice right away by using it in a natural conversational setting with guidance and support from your conversation partner (experienced native Spanish speaker). You will have visual aids and examples to follow to take part in the conversation successfully, which will aid in repetition, confidence and training your brain to think in Spanish.

  • 1 Coaching Session Every 3-4 Weeks With Your Very Own Bilingual Spanish Coach

Receive additional, personalized support, guidance, and recommendations from your Spanish coach. Get all your lingering questions answered, and get support with overcoming any mental blocks and other limitations. Share your goals and specific aspects of your learning style so we can personalize the program to better suit your needs.

  • 2 Weekly Homework Assignments

Increase repetition and exposure + learn more about the neuroscience behind learning a language by going further in-depth into the concepts you're learning with carefully structured additional resources and strategies for you to work through on your own time, at your own pace.

  • 1 Weekly Training Video

Access to our library of resources directed towards the neuroscience of learning a language as an adult - how to learn in harmony with the brain's natural learning processes to facilitate the process and accelerate results, how to train your brain to think in Spanish, how to build confidence, how to released limiting beliefs that may be causing mental blocks and holding you back from achieving your goals.

COURSE CURRICULUM

This program is personalized to meet your needs but if you have no specific requirements and wish to simply build a solid foundation of conversational Spanish for common everyday situations, the program will curriculum will progress as follows:

Introducing Yourself

  • Learn how to introduce yourself and meet new people. Learn and practice the verbs SER, ESTAR, TENER, TRABAJAR, and VIVIR.

  • Learn how to ask and answer basic questions to get to know someone. 

  • Get access to our training video on How to Learn Through Association and Harness The Power of the Subconscious Mind to Train Your Brain to Think in Spanish

Talking About Family and Descriptions.

  • Learn the vocabulary for family members and descriptions of personality and physical attributes.

  • Dive deeper into the verbs VIVIR, TRABAJAR, HACER and TENER

  • Learn and practice with the basic verb conjugations of the present tense.

  • Learn the 4 laws of association and how to apply them to language learning to accelerate your progress.

Hobbies, Daily Activities and A Typical Day in My Life

  • Learn how to use the verb GUSTAR to talk about likes and dislikes

  • Learn and practice with the days of the week as you talk about your daily routine

  • Continue to learn and practice with the present tense - regular & irregular verbs

  • How to form and respond to basic questions and answers 

Food: Favorite and Traditional Foods

  • Learn the basic food vocabulary

  • Adverbs of frequency (often, sometimes, never, etc.)

  • Understand the neuroscience behind learning a language as an adult to work in harmony with your brain's natural learning processes
